		Non-Destructive testing is used for the detection of cracks and irregularities in metals without causing any physical destruction of the component being tested. The term can also be used for other tests which are used to measure parameters without causing any damage to the material. Equipment available in the lab include Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Dye Penetrants, Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment –Bench unit , Prod and Yoke, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, Elcometer Coating Thickness gauge, Eddy Current Sorter, Surface Roughness tester and Radiograph Interpretation. The Eddy Current sorter is used for sorting of metal mix-up. Tests are carried out by Level-II certified personnel. Test can be carried out at our lab or at our client’s facility depending on the nature of test and sample size.
